Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new image release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct parts of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
